Love Love Love my new prep space!

I absolutely LOVE my new prep space!!!! My hubby bought me this beautiful antique harvest table for my birthday and it fits perfectly into a small bedroom that we have. A room that never really had a purpose until now (other than collecting junk!). Now I get to prep in this beautiful space and the mess isn't all over my kitchen table. (I just need pics in my frames!)

Treasurers!

Anyone who knows me, knows that I have a love for old treasurers. This beautiful little dresser got a makeover today! I removed the mirror (which I've always disliked - not sure why I didn't take it off sooner) because it's so much cutier without it. This sweet dresser now sits in my new Prep Studio. Love love love it!!!

Happy birthday Chloe

My dear, sweet niece Chloe turned 13 last week, officially a teenager! Every now and then we create together in my studio. Everything we make fits inside a little metal box that I gave her. I made this special card for her that fits perfectly in  the box...a little keepsake for her!

Layout inspiration

A dear customer of mine asked me if I would design a vintage looking layout to compliment this beautiful pencil drawing that was done in 1976. It's obviously very special to her. Here is what I came up with!

I was so excited when I opened up my mailbox to find my shipment of Southern Ridge Trading Company chipboard! I better get designing!!! 

Happy Mother's Day!

Here is a beautiful card I made for my dear, sweet mom! She celebrates Mother's Day on Sunday and her birthday on Monday. Last year we were together celebrating her birthday but sadly this year we're miles apart. I love her and miss her so much!

Southern Ridge Trading Company Design Team!!

I am so excited and honored to be invited to join the design team for Southern Ridge Trading Company! I met the owner Karen (from B.C.) at Scrapfest a couple weeks ago. I was so excited to see her booth full of laser cut chipboard and Baltic birch plywood die cuts....all made on Canada! Yippee!
